Ada berita terbaru dari google, menurut mereka dynamic urls lebih baik daripada static(looking) urls. Ada beberapa hal yang bikin gw ragu sama pernyataan ini.
1. Kalo memang dynamic url lebih baik daripada static-looking url, kenapa banyak situs raksasa yang pake mod_rewrite, static-looking urls? Contohnya wikipedia, digg, wordpress, jangan lupa blogspot juga pake SEF. Lah itu url beritanya apa bukan static-looking url?

2. Google seperti menelan ludah sendiri. Di artikel itu mereka bilang :

Myth: “Dynamic URLs cannot be crawled.”
Fact: We can crawl dynamic URLs and interpret the different parameters. We might have problems crawling and ranking your dynamic URLs if you try to make your urls look static and in the process hide parameters which offer the Googlebot valuable information. One recommendation is to avoid reformatting a dynamic URL to make it look static.
